Questions
How much does oléyoga cost?
oléyoga is a subscription with a free trial: seven days on the monthly plan, fourteen on the annual one. The price is shown in the app before you confirm, the charge goes through your App Store account, and you can cancel any time from your Apple subscriptions.
Do I need to know yoga already?
No. Every session is guided from the first breath, and nothing assumes you have done this before. Beginners are the point, not an afterthought.
How long is a session?
As long as you choose. Breathing exercises run in short guided cycles, and meditations have a free slider from one minute to a full hour. You pick the time your day left you, not the time an app wishes you had.
Does oléyoga teach yoga poses?
No. oléyoga is not about asanas: it works with the philosophy of yoga instead. Guided meditations, breathing techniques and reflections from the tradition's books, personalized to how you feel today, to help you lift your mood and care for your emotional well-being.
What happens with what I write and how I feel?
It stays yours. Nobody at oléyoga can read your journal, and your mood logs exist only to show you your own evolution. No ads, no data brokers, and full GDPR compliance. oléyoga will never sell your mood to anyone.
Where does the wisdom come from?
From the books of the yoga tradition: thousands of years of practice, translated for your day-to-day. Every line is traceable: 4,000+ quotes, each with its book and author. And the practices are built the same way: every breathing technique and meditation follows its classical sources, from the Hatha Yoga Pradipika to the Satipatthana Sutta, adapted for guided practice today.
