Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the oléyoga app, operated by Pixel Family S.L. (Tax ID B99489205, Calle Alameda 22, 28014 Madrid, Spain). By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms.

The service

oléyoga is a wellbeing app offering breathing practices, meditation, journaling, mood tracking, and inspirational content rooted in the yoga tradition. It is currently available for iPhone, on the Apple App Store.

oléyoga is not a healthcare product or medical service: its content is for informational and general wellbeing purposes and does not replace the diagnosis, advice, or treatment of a health professional. If you have a medical or psychological condition, consult a professional before using the app.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use oléyoga.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-up email and for the activity that occurs in your account.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete my account.

Subscription and free trial

• oléyoga offers an auto-renewing premium subscription, managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• The free trial lasts 7 days on the monthly plan and 14 days on the annual plan. After it ends, access to the app requires an active subscription.
• The price and duration of the plan are shown in the app before you confirm the purchase. The charge is made through your App Store or Google Play account.
• You can cancel at any time from your device's subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refund requests are handled through Apple or Google according to their policies.

Your content

What you write in oléyoga (journal, reflections, notes) is yours. You grant us only the technical license strictly necessary to store it, sync it, and show it to you. The oléyoga team does not access the content of your journal; see the Privacy Policy for more detail.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access other users’ data, not to reverse-engineer the service, and not to resell access.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, its editorial content (annotated quotes, affirmations, reflections, prompts, and meditations), and its trademarks belong to Pixel Family S.L. or its licensors. You may not reproduce them outside the app without authorization, except through the built-in sharing features.

Limitation of liability

oléyoga is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants you as a consumer.

Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms. If a change is substantial, we will announce it in the app at least 7 days in advance. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to the rights you may have as a consumer in your place of residence.
